In the beginning of his coaching career, Alex started off with the coaching company, ActionCOACH, as one of the youngest coaches in South East Asia to be certified outside of standard criteria.
6 months into coaching, he was awarded Top 5 Best Performing Coaches for the South East Asian region. In that short time, one of his achievements was helping a client increase profit by 60% quarter on quarter.
Prior to discovering coaching, Alex worked for a boutique property developer. In charge of sales and marketing of their luxury condominium, he sold condominium units ranging from Rm4mil – RM20mil.
Prior to Propcoach, Alex has coached and consulted over 30 different businesses from various industries including real estate development and sale.
