Loong Kok Wen is Head of Regional Property Sector of RHB Research Institute. She covers the property stocks in Malaysia and oversees the property sectors in Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. She joined RHB in 2010 and has 14 years of working experience as a sell-side analyst, having covered the consumer and oil & gas sectors in Malaysia in the past. Kok Wen is a CFA holder. She was ranked the top three Best Property Analyst in Malaysia in Asiamoney Poll in 2014 – 2017, and top three stock pickers for Real Estate Asia category in Starmine in 2014. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Finance) in 2004 from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
